St. Lazarus Boarding House

Can shelter one hundred men. It provides temporary housing and professional support in getting back to mainstream society. The staff consists of social workers, psychologists, labor advisor, therapist and clergymen. Among 300 people who stayed in the shelter in 2010, 50 become self-sufficient and maintain independent live. Some of them moved to communal or private housing, some got back to their families while others were directed to long term care institutions in accordance to their health needs.
